1. The service

Arcthane ("the service", "we") is a research tool that aggregates, scores, and presents publicly available information about government contract activity and related market events. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Not investment advice

Nothing in the service (signals, scores, action labels, alerts, analytics, or any other output) is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. Signals are automated readings of public data and are frequently wrong. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions and for any losses that result from them. 3. Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. One account per person. You must be of legal age to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

4. Plans and billing

Capture subscriptions start with a 7-day trial: a payment method is collected at signup, nothing is charged until the trial ends, and the first charge occurs automatically when it does unless you cancel before then. The trial applies once per account. Terminal subscriptions start when payment is made at signup. Subscriptions are billed in advance: Capture monthly or annually, Terminal monthly or annually. Capture Starter includes 2 seats (fixed); Capture Team includes 6 seats, with additional seats billed per seat at the current per-seat price; Terminal includes one seat, with additional seats billed per seat. Seats are managed from the account page, up to a maximum of 50 seats per subscription. All payments run through our payment processor, Stripe; applicable taxes are added where required. You can cancel any time from your account page; cancellation stops future renewals and your plan runs to the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Prices may change; existing subscribers are notified before a change affects their renewal.

5. Acceptable use

  • No reselling, redistributing, or republishing the service's data or scores without written permission.
  • No scraping, crawling, or automated bulk extraction outside documented API access.
  • No attempting to probe, disrupt, or circumvent security or tier restrictions.
  • No use of the service in violation of applicable law, including securities law.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

6. Intellectual property

The underlying government records are public. The service's software, scores, models, presentation, and branding are ours. You get a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the service; you get no other rights.

7. Availability and changes

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uptime, data completeness, timeliness, or accuracy, and we may modify or discontinue features at any time.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, or for trading or investment losses of any kind. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

9. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from the account page, which cancels any active subscription and permanently removes your data. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these terms.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; material changes are announced by email or in the product before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance.
